Respiro Spa was founded in 2024 by Meredith Krueger. Meredith graduated The Aveda Institute in 2013 for massage therapy, located in Des Moines, IA. Meredith practiced massage in several locations including a salon, a spa, and a chiropractic office, which allowed her to experience all kinds of environments for massage. She fell in love with the practical side of massage and the relaxing environment of a spa. She focuses mostly on deep tissue techniques to target structural imbalances and maintain well being. In Sept, 2021 Meredith, her husband Jeremy, and 3 cats moved to Jefferson City where she attended Merrell University and graduated in 2022 for esthetics.
